Return Policy: All products are covered by manufacturer's warranty. If your title is defective, contact our customer support department (within 30 days of the invoice date) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Defective products will be replaced upon receipt of product. JedCo50.com will gladly and promptly replace any product where the media proves to be defective with the same product type free of charge provided the product is returned within 30 days of invoice date with all original packaging.

A Return Merchandise Authorization will not be issued for any reason other than for the return of a media defective item for replacement.
